I came in contact with Smart Guests through one of Choice Hotel’s Brand Performance Consultants. The BPC shared an idea from another hotel implementing the Car Fresh Packs and how that hotel saw an improvement in ratings on TripAdvisor. Soon after ordering and implementing that same idea at my property, we jumped more than 10 spots on TripAdvisor resulting in increased bookings for the hotel.

I can't speak enough about the service and products at Smartguest.com. I am currently using both the car freshener and the “We Care” cards. The “We Care” cards give us the opportunity to capture a quick final “voice of the guest” at check-out. This simple interaction provides the time to thank our guests for their kind comments, invite them to return on their next stay, have safe travels etc but yet also to have open discussions with guests on any issues that are presented. As we all know, we don't want anyone leaving angry. The car fresheners speak for themselves. What guest expects to receive a keepsake from at checkout. For the hotel it provides a reminder to the guest of where they stayed, the information readily available to re-book and also an invitation to write a review on Tripadvisor and what car couldn't use a little freshening up. Endless possibilities. I highly recommend this company and it's products.
